If your iPod touch was damaged during transport to you, you have to file a claim with the shipping company and provide documentary proof that it was delivered damaged. If the shipping box seems damaged when you receive it, take a picture of it before you open it to help you with your claim. All packages we ship are covered by the shipping company's insurance for the full value of the product we ship.

For any problems that arise after you've received your iPod, you must contact Apple, an Apple store, or an Apple authorized repair center to get it repaired within the warranty period (one year).

Yes and No. Your name will only be entered once per weekly draw but your unused draw participation tokens are carried over to the next week. This means that if you participate in 3 studies this week, in 1 study next week and don't participate after that, then your name will be entered in the weekly draw for 4 consecutive weeks.

Furthermore, if you invite 25 friends this week and 10 friends the week after, you will gain 3 additional weekly draw participation tokens (you get 1 draw participation token for every 10 friends you invite on a given week).

To prevent abuse and to provide for better prize distribution amongst our members, we impose a limit of 10 draw participation tokens a member can have at any given time. This means that if you reach the maximum, you will not be able to gain additional draw participation tokens (but you will still be able to participate in studies).

Specifically, If you were previously a member of our Internet Panel, and have closed your account, you must additionally request to be put on our No-Mail-List to prevent MRP/MRA members (Market Research Professionals/Market Research Agencies) from inviting you directly to their studies using our system. MRP/MRA members can either use our Panel to invite participants or they can use their own lists through our system. Adding your email address to our No-Mail-List is the best we can do to accommodate you.
